Our first stop today was a ski resort up in the mountains to take a short walk up to a lookout to check out Mount Doom. A pretty spectacular view. The temperature has definitely dropped now, wooly hats and jumpers are out.
Then heading south to River Valley, a very remote lodge in the middle of nowhere. A very scenic drive in, some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen.
Arrived at River Valley which is just beautiful. A timber lodge ay the bottom of a valley with a stunning river flowing just out the front. A lovely home made roast dinner and a few drinks along with playing some games. A really nice day.
